Delivery of orders requested in our online shop for products of wrought iron from Metal Decor Ltd. is made after confirmed registration of the client and a valid order for delivery of goods. Each valid and accepted order automatically gets an official number and the customer receives confirmation on the email. Online shop for wrought iron Metal Decor Ltd. reserves the right not to fulfill an order made through the online store, if the registration of the client is not valid, if the customer appears in our database as an incorrect user or if there is no availability of the ordered goods. Via email or phone call the client is aware of the lack of a product from the order. The order can be executed even if there is no particular item if the customer when submitting your order has volunteered for this.

Deliveries are made by courier Speedy across Bulgaria to your doorstep.The delivery is done within 1 to 5 working days. In case of delay the customer will be promptly notified by email or phone.

For the territory of Bulgaria, the order above 50.00 BGN, accomplished through courier company Speedy, of the products you have ordered through the online store, is free of charge. For orders below 50.00 BGN the delivery through courier company Speedy is fixed at 9.00 BGN.
Returning of goods
The client may withdraw from a concluded product sale contract within seven working days,starting from the product receiving date . In this case, we required that our goods are stored in a menner,preserving their quality and appearance. In case of withdrawal from a contract, the goods must be returned at the expense of the buyer in their original condition,in the package, in which they are usually offered in our retail network.Otherwise, the termination of the contract shall take place after negotiating a compensation for the redused consumer value of the products.
The document , accompanying any returned goods, must include: original cash receipt.
